"Ancara Imparo. Omnia Possibilia. Carpe Diem." (Still I Am Learning. Everything Is Possible. Seize The Day.)
It's a pleasure to meet you! My name is Dan Deloge, I'm a Board Certified Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Master Teacher. I'm a graduate of the Bancroft School of Massage Therapy and have spent a number of years in healthcare. In my life, I've been a part of numerous surgeries, stemming from basic lacerations and sutures to hip disarticulation with total hip/knee arthroplasties. In short, I've seen the insides and outsides of people more than the average massage therapist, which helps me to "see with my hands" during a session.
All of my life experiences culminate into a better understanding of anatomy and physiology to better suit the needs of my guests, which in turn helps to create a better self-care plan after their session.
I began my path shortly after graduation then continued with the "School of Life". Ancora Imparo ("Still I Am Learning"), and from my 20 plus years in medicine, and learning from my peers and colleagues, as well as continuing education, I've learned the key to happiness and wellness is balance!
I became Board Certified a few years ago in massage and bodywork, which means I'm constantly learning and striving to become a better practitioner. As a Reiki Master, I've had the privilege to teach this Japanese healing art to beginning Reiki Practitioners as well as Master Level, and a few have gone on to become teachers of this modality. By incorporating this Energywork, mind, body and spirit are better aligned.
I've known no greater or better suited career for myself. At the end of the day, knowing I've done something good for someone is a very satisfying reward. To know that for at least the time scheduled they have taken the opportunity to breathe and relax in order to facilitate healing within is very gratifying and to see their transformation from stressed to happy.
I believe in educating my clients. Knowledge is power, but it is also healing. In understanding how the body works, the lives I touch are able to better understand the next steps to take for well-being and maintenance. Self-care education is imperative in my practice.
I'm a father and a husband. An avid reader, I'm never at a loss for reading material. My interests are varied but all provide for what I believe is a well-rounded life.
After many years, I'm pleased to be a full-time Massage Therapist and Reiki Master Teacher. Recently I resigned from the position of Laboratory Scientist with the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services Public Health Laboratory with the Food Micro Safety and Rabies Department, beforehand Virology. I'm a volunteer with the New Hampshire Fish & Game Department Hunter Education Program serving as a Chief Instructor. I'm an LNA at Concord Hospital.
Thank you for visiting and I look forward to meeting you!
